Thank you for shopping at Kicks Mart! Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification when it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at support@kicksmart.shop. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Delays

Kicks Mart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues or strikes
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for Canadian orders)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@kicksmart.shop and we'll do our best to assist you.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved, reach out to us at support@kicksmart.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@kicksmart.shop. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.


8. Duties & Taxes

  • US Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.
  • Canadian Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
