Thank you for shopping at Kicks Mart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
